In order to save on overhead costs and expenses, more companies are outsourcing.  For those of you who are not familiar with the term, outsourcing is when a company sends an existing process or department outside of there company, sometimes even outside of the country, in order to save on costs.

A few of the most popular choices that companies are choosing are call centers, which are often being outsourced to India, and IT outsourcing.

What these companies are not realizing is that they are causing more Americans to become unemployed and they are also hurting the economy just to save a few dollars in overhead costs.

I beg you, employers, think of more than just your bottom line before you make a move like this.
